Set one intention
A single kind thought to carry into the day. Not a to-do list, just a direction.
“Be patient with myself today.”
A calm daily ritual
Simply Kind is a gentle intention & reflection app. Start the morning with one intention, end the evening with one kind thought, and slowly notice what changes.
No courses, no 40-day programs. Just a small ritual that fits around a real life.
A single kind thought to carry into the day. Not a to-do list, just a direction.
“Be patient with myself today.”
How did the day actually go? Note one thing you're grateful for and how you felt, on a gentle 1-to-5.
“Cookie greeted me like I'd been gone a year.”
Once a month, a guided reflection: wins, challenges, and the kindness you showed yourself and others.
“I asked for help, and that was the win.”
Over time, Simply Kind quietly notices things: the themes you keep coming back to, and how your mood moves. AI writes a short summary of your recent entries. It suggests, it never judges.
When the day gets loud, stack pebbles. Tilt your phone and gravity follows. It does nothing productive at all, which is exactly the point.
A reflection app holds your most honest sentences. That deserves more than a checkbox.
Nothing to scroll, nobody to compare yourself to. The app is quiet on purpose.
Zero advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. Your reflections aren't a product.
Your entries are saved to your account, on a server. Mood trends and gratitude themes are worked out on your phone. The AI summary is different: when you open Insights, the entries it covers are sent to an AI service, Anthropic's Claude, which writes it.
Export your entries as a file, or delete your account and erase your words from our database, right from Settings. On the free plan, the file covers what you can see in the app. For anything older, email us.
The daily ritual is free, always, with your last seven days in view. Simply Kind Plus keeps every day you've ever written: your whole story, there when you want it. Plus also opens your full insights.
